ACTION Leadership Model Feedback Survey
Introduction
Developing strong leadership (individually and collectively) is one of Actronic's key strategies to build a high performing business. To support this strategy Actronic wants to provide its leaders (throughout the company) with high quality feedback on what they are currently doing well and where they need to improve in order to move towards becoming great leaders. We also want to benchmark and monitor progress on Actronic's overall leadership performance.
On the following pages there are statements describing the critical leadership behaviours that Actronic is looking for all its leaders to display.
These behaviours comprise the ACTION Leadership Model and fall into 6 practices. These incorporate Actronic's Vision and Values of Teamwork, Customer Focus and Results.
