To deliver on AXA New Zealand's' vision, we are continuing to invest in our leaders. For 2011 we are launching a leadership development initiative designed to build the competence and confidence of AXA leaders in our chosen competencies. A special feature of this initiative will be assisting our leaders to enhance their contribution as functional leaders and also to help them look at how they can contribute more to the wider business, in terms of their involvement and thinking.

On the following pages there are statements describing the critical leadership behaviours AXA expects its leaders to demonstrate under each of the competencies. Please read each of the statements carefully and make an assessment of the person's performance by providing honest, constructive responses using the 6 point scale described later in this form. This survey is designed as a start of a process for growing peoples confidence and capability to be effective and courageous leaders at  AXA. The quality of your feedback will in  large measure ensure the success of the initiative.  There are no right or wrong answers.  You have been chosen as a feedback respondent because this person values what you have to say, and is looking for this to be described honestly and without reserve.  Your feedback will be confidential. Following the administration of this survey the results and the consolidated development plan will be shared with you as a respondent.
